A Vehicle License along with a car is recommended, but not needed.
Must have a american citizenship.

Dont play a police officer, you will have the rank of a police officer but you arnt one,
Seeing you patroling will result a termination of this faction.
Must be able to communicate properly with everybody.
You are not allowed to get a gun from the locker.
