The Los Santos Police Department, is bring back a old programm back to life, called the Civilian Defence Force, short CDF.


The CDF was founded 1812, to protect the city of Los Santos of the english intruders.

Since 1900, the CDF is a programm Supervised by the Goverment, but due to the instable community, this programm has been revoked due to the high death count, but we should try it again, now here in 2012.

The CDF is mainly there for Neighborhood protection, this programm is supervised by the LSPD, but only civilians will be employed(ex-cops also, if they ask for.).

This programm is not there to make you feel unsafe, not at all, this programm is there to have the situation under control until a police officer arrives on the scene.

If a Police Officer has arrived on the scene, he will imediatly have control of the CDF voluntary's this is to avoid the abuse of the power that this position might give you.

As a registerd CDF personal you are allowed to:

Patrol trough the neighborhood with a handgun on foot only(to avoid powergame).
You are allowed to keep the suspect under control until the police has arrived on the scene.


As a registerd CDF personal you are not allowed to:

Patrol with your car, and handing out fines, the neighborhood watch is there to keep the neighbors safe, not to play a police officer, remember you are not a police officer.

Walking around with a unholsterd weapon, unholstering your weapon should be only done wehn its in a life risking situation for your own life.

If you kill somebody and have no proof that it was self defence, it will be processed as First degree murder.



You are not allowed to patrol trough the city, the neighborhood watch is mainly thought for your own neighborhood.



Active or Suspened Police Officers are not allowed to apply since they are still hired inside the police force.


Aiming your gun down to a police officer will result a imideat removement of the membership, also it will be followed by 5 years of state prison for attempted murder.


Killing a police officer will result the death penalty.(if you ck him only.)


Although all city laws have to be followed, applying for this programm might higher your chances of becoming a police officer.

The Los Santos Police Department is not responsible for the damages of the CDF volunteres, every damage done by the CDF Personal will be billed to the Civilian himself.
