The infamous Colombian Drug Cartel originates back in Florencia, Mocoa. It was run by Armando Fernito, the most famous drug cartel leader of his time. Armando had a reputation where he was from, people living around him knew not to disrespect him. If anyone ever decided to rat, or release any type of information about Armando or his actions, they would be cought and murdered. Armando wasn’t a forgiving person, but knew what responsibility is, he had his own son, Armando. Armando was very young at the time, he was born in 1976 – that was a hard time for Armando. His loyal members started to vanish, or be killed. The Florencia republican army almost had a firm grip around Armando’s operations. At this time Armando knew it was time to move out of Florencia. He took whatever people he could find under his control, his wife and his son. From Mocoa, they had to travel almost through all of Florencia, to reach their main base of operations, Bogota. There they had most of their supplies and more people waiting for them, to assist.

They traveled through Tunja, Yopal and Manizales, but as soon as they reached Villavicencio, they were put on a hold. They bumped into a large Republican Army camp, that inspected vehicles as they passed. The convoy held kilo’s of cocaine and hundrets of weapons, including the men in the jeeps. They had no where to run, but they had no other choise but to try. They turned around and started to drive back. The Republican army chased them down out of suspicion. The Colombian Drug Cartel opened fire through the windows and holes in the roof at the republican army. The army were stronger in numbers and it didn’t take long till they shot the Colombian Drug Cartel Down. Armando, his wife, his son and two of his closest guards were in one car. Diego got shot in the head once through the back window, everyone else survived, along with one other jeep, holding some of the cocaine and weapons.

Diego, his mother, Tony and few other soldiers, all escaped to Villavicencio, with the other van with the drugs and weaponry. They staid in Villavicencio, just to get back on their feet, Soldiers took over the business, until Armando would be old enough to control it himself. That same week, they had Armando’s funeral. This was one of the biggest funerals anyone has ever been in in Villavicencio. Everyone who knew about Armando and his work, and respected him, came to the funeral.

In 1994, Diego turned 18, during these years Tony tought Diego the ways his father worked in and his intentions with the business. Diego was very determined to continue his fathers legacy and make his family proud by earning the name of the Colombian Drug Cartel’s respect back, any way possible. Diego’s mother had recently died and it didn’t come easy, neither on Diego, Tony or others. Tony explained to Diego, that continuing to live in Florencia, can be bad for business, because the Florencian Army is still looking for them, and wont stop till they get all of them off the face of the earth.

The drug business in America had only rised, people were purchasing narcotics like bread. A good supplier would do great in America. So that’s where Diego decided to move his base of operations too. Diego had his men steal a few small airplanes from the old airport that wasn’t functioning anymore. They loaded the narcotics and weaponary into the small planes and took off. The most reasonable place to set up was Los Santos, it was closest to the Ocean they were traveling over and with the drug prices only rising in America, this was the perfect time for the Colombian Drug Cartel to come in and shock the city of Los Santos with what they have in store.

When they arrived in Los Santos, the first thing they needed to find is a place to stay and a place where they wouldn’t be troubled by the police so much, a somewhat secluded location. Richman seemed like the perfect place, since a small amount of the people living in that area spoke Spanish, comunication wasn’t a problem, until they learnt English, they had one of the members transelate all of their meetings. They also find a place where they are selling all their drug’s, Idlewood was the perfect place, local drug addicts were regular customers to the small time drug dealers we had around the street. The bigger deals were handled by the leaders of the Colombian Drug Cartel along with the lackies for muscle.

It was no surprise that there were gonna be enemies to the Colombian Drug Cartel, Diego expected that. They were ready for anything, their members were heavily supplied and so were their enemies. One day, word got out that one of the Colombian Drug Cartels members was murdered by one of the local gang members in Los Santos. It wasn’t long before Diego gathered his men and sent them on a retalitaion mission to make sure that no one tries to fuck with them again. The gang member was from North of Las Venturas, Tony took some of the members and went down there. They found the member in a vehicle parked on the side of the road by the parking lot. They all had molotovs in their hands, as they arrived near the gang members car, they hid behind the house, as soon the gang member wasn’t looking in their direction, they all ran up, throwing the molotovs towards the car, Tony threw his molotov right in the window at the gang member. They all fled, it didn’t take long for the police to arrive, there was no way they could get any fignerprints off anything in that area, it was all burnt down, along with the gang member, no one even know who did it.
